Major Works
Major Works delivers envelope packages across high-rise residential, aviation, transport, commercial and industrial schemes throughout the UK and Ireland.
We manage roofing, cladding, rainscreen and aluminium glazing as coordinated work packages rather than isolated trades. Our role is to control interface risk – between systems, structure, fire strategy and programme – from detailed design through installation and handover.
Projects typically involve complex geometry, phased sequencing and multiple stakeholder inputs. We work under defined design responsibility, with structured BIM coordination, CWCT-aligned detailing and programme-linked inspection regimes.
Risk is managed through early technical engagement, buildability reviews, clear scope definition and disciplined commercial governance. Digital QA systems provide traceability without overcomplicating site delivery.
